Welcome!

PCC's mission is to improve the health of medically underserved and uninsured Central Texans by providing high quality, affordable healthcare and wellness education.  The Clinic has been offering care with respect and dignity since 1970.  Our 11,000 patients have access to prenatal, pediatric, adolescent and adult care as well as immunizations, social work and integrated behavioral health services and chronic disease management.

The Clinic's Tandem Program recently received a mention in the Fall 2009 American Public Health Association's Newsletter.

The Public Health Education and Health Promotion Section Newsletter noted Tandem's success in positively influencing the health of pregnant teens and their babies while reducing the rate of unplanned second pregnancies.

The Clinic's new group prenatal program was recently featured on the front page of the Austin American-Statesman! Funded in part by the March of Dimes, this innovative program seeks to improve the health of babies and moms through regular group prenatal visits.

Our immunizations program is the best!

During a Summer 2009 audit, PCC had a 98% completion rate for children's immunizations. This rate surpasses the 2010 statewide completion rate goal of 90%. 

Immunizations are a cornerstone of our preventive medical care programs.
