Kate Rector serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at People’s Community Clinic. Kate is responsible for compliance with all regulatory guidance from governmental agencies, certifying entities and funders. Kate graduated in 2014 from The University of Texas Health Science Center with a Master’s degree in Public Health.
