Dr. Sandra Frasser, General Pediatrician at People’s Community Clinic, is a compassionate and dedicated pediatrician with extensive experience in treating and advocating for children from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. At People’s, she assesses and treats children, supervises and teaches nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and mentors medical students from Dell Children’s Medical School rotating through the clinic’s pediatric department.
Dr. Frasser is also an Affiliate Professor of Pediatrics for the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School, a Physician Champion for several Pediatric programs (including Healthy Steps and the SDOH initiative), and a St. David’s Health Corp grant recipient and member.
She earned a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and received her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where she also completed her pediatric residency. Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Dr. Frasser is fluent in Spanish and enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, baking with her kids, reading, running, and exercising.
