Dr. Judy Lu Kim is a proud Austin native and graduate of Westwood High School and the University of Texas at Austin. She earned her medical degree with honors from Baylor College of Medicine, where she later served as an assistant professor. Dr. Kim completed her family medicine residency at the Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program, where she also served as chief resident.
Before returning to Austin, Dr. Kim provided primary care at the Transition Medicine Clinic at Baylor, a medical home dedicated to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. After more than a decade away, she is grateful to be back in her hometown and part of the compassionate care team at People’s Community Clinic.
Outside of work, Dr. Kim enjoys hiking and biking with her husband and two children, and cherishes time spent with family in the great outdoors.
