People’s has earned six 2026 Community Health Quality Recognition badges from the Health Resources and Services Administration, or HRSA.
The annual program recognizes federally supported health centers for achievements in access, clinical quality, health outcomes, and health information technology. The 2026 badges are based on data reported for 2025.
People’s received the following recognitions:
- Health Center Quality Leader—Bronze: Places People’s among the top 21% to 30% of health centers nationally for overall clinical quality.
- National Quality Leader—Cancer Screening: Recognizes performance that met or exceeded a national target for breast, cervical or colorectal cancer screening.
- Preventive Health: Recognizes strong performance in services that help patients stay healthy and identify concerns early.
- High-Value Care: Recognizes quality care delivered with attention to outcomes, efficiency, and responsible use of resources.
- Improving Health Care Access: Recognizes progress in reaching more patients and helping them receive timely care.
- Advancing Health Information Technology for Quality: Recognizes the effective use of health information and technology to improve care.
These awards reflect the dedication of People’s providers, nurses, medical assistants, support teams, volunteers, and community partners. Most importantly, they represent better care and better health for our patients.
