Waleed Abdelhafez, MD is a Texas Native who loves his BBQ. He completed his bachelor’s degree in his hometown at the University of Texas at El Paso and received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. Abdelhafez completed his residency program at the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School Pediatric Residency Program. He is fluent in Spanish and has a particular interest in asthma. During his time off he enjoys board games with friends and family, soccer, swimming, going on jogs with his dog Max and traveling with his wife Arlene. Dr. Abdelhafez’s passion to serve the community and advocacy resembles People’s Community Clinic’s mission to improve the lives of children in Central Texas.
