Before Your Visit:

  1. Scan the QR code or visit Metropolis website to create an account. https://app.metropolis.io/sign-in.
  2. Create an account by entering your phone number.
  3. Confirm your number by entering the 6-digit code sent to your phone via text.
  4. Fill out your first name, last name, and email, and check the box to accept the terms of service and privacy policy.
  5. Select either daily vehicle or a rental vehicle.
  6. Enter your license plate to link your vehicle to your account.
  7. When checking out, stop by the front desk to have your parking validated.


If you need help, please take a photo of your license plate and bring it with you to your visit. Staff will help you set up your account.

When will patients go to the new building?

Will I still see the same doctor or provider?

Yes! You will continue to see the same care team and receive the same services, only in a new space.

 

Is my appointment time or date changing?

No. If you already have an appointment scheduled, the time and date will stay the same.

 

What if I’m unable to set up my parking account?

Please take a picture of your license plate and bring it with you to check in. Staff can help you set up your account. 

 

Does the clinic have bus access?

Yes. Several Capital Metro bus routes stop at St. David’s Medical Center. We recommend checking the CapMetro Trip Planner to find the best route for you. You can also use the GO Line at 512.474.1200.

 

Will clinic hours change?

No, clinic hours will remain the same.
