Frequently Asked Questions

When are you moving locations?
We will start seeing patients at the new Camino La Costa building on April 12. All Park St. David’s patients will start being seen at 2909 N. IH 35 on April 12 as well.

Where is the new facility located?
The new facility, called PCC-North, is located at 1101 Camino La Costa, which runs between the north IH 35 access road and Cameron Road. The building is next door to the Social Security Administration office.

Will this affect how I pay or how much I pay?
No. People’s has raised funds to cover expenses associated with buying the land, renovating the building and making the move. Uninsured patients will still pay for office visits on a sliding scale based on their income and family size.

Will I still be able to see my regular doctor?
Probably. We are turning our old building into the Center for Women’s Health. If you have seen both a Women’s Health provider and another provider, you will be given the option to continue to see both, though at different locations, or to see a different provider at the new location.

Will you still offer the same services?
Yes, we will still offer the same high-quality, patient-focused services and treatment that you have come to expect. In fact, we will be expanding on existing services to offer you even more and improve your patient experience.

What will happen to the current building?
Our existing site at 2909 N. IH 35 will be re-purposed as the new home of People’s Community Clinic Center for Women’s Health. We are excited to expand our women’s health services. More prenatal care, more women’s wellness exams and the same great patient education!

I am usually seen at Park St. David’s. What is happening to that facility?
We will be moving all services out of Park St. David’s and into our current facility at 2909 N. IH 35.

Why are you moving?
We’re growing and going where we’re needed. We’re operating at full capacity at our current location, which has limited our ability to meet increasing health care demands of a growing Central Texas population.
