Ways to Give

People’s Community Clinic is pleased to offer a variety of options for donating to us. Thank you for supporting us!

Special Event Sponsorship

A great way for individuals and companies to lend significant, visible support is through sponsoring a special event. Our largest event is our annual Luncheon, although other opportunities become available each year. For information on upcoming sponsorship opportunities, please check the Events page or contact Joy Authur (512-684-1722 or via email).

Workplace Giving

Workplace giving is another way that you may choose to support People’s Community Clinic. With regular employee payroll deductions through your workplace you can help us envision a healthier community. We currently participate in a number of employee payroll deduction giving campaigns across Austin, including Dell, Inc., AT&T, 3M, IBM and more.

For more information, contact MJ Mendell (512-684-1710 or via email).

Community Fundraisers

Individuals and businesses in the community often choose to host independent fundraising drives or events to benefit People’s Community Clinic, and we love this community enthusiasm! Community fundraisers take many shapes and forms, from neighborhood drives to employee fundraisers to fun parties. Please let us know about your efforts to organize or sponsor a fundraiser so we can recognize your efforts and offer support if we are able. We do ask that you please give us a chance to review any publicity material that includes our logo or name before distribution. For more information, contact Director of Development, Joy Authur (512-684-1722 or via email).

Matching Gifts Program

Many individuals choose to maximize their charitable giving by participating in their company’s Matching Gift program. Your company’s human resources or community affairs department can provide additional information about matching gifts, or we would be happy to provide information about programs we have worked with before. Companies that we have worked with are: Advanced Micro Devices, Aetna, Apple Inc., Applied Materials, AT&T, Bank of America, Dell, Inc., Electronic Arts, ExxonMobil, Freescale, Guaranty Bank, Hospira, Merrill Lynch, Pfizer, Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Wells Fargo Bank.

Planned Giving / Estate Giving

Planned giving is a great way to make a lasting contribution to a non-profit you care about, a gift that can also result in favorable tax considerations for you. People’s Community Clinic is proud to be the recipient of these commitments, and will work with you to choose one of the many options that best suits your needs. We recommend consulting your estate lawyer or financial advisor about making a planned gift that is right for you. For more information about planned giving opportunities, please contact the development department at 512-684-1722.
