#1 Make a Gift! Double Your Impact
As 2025 comes to a close, I reflect on a year that has tested our community’s resilience. In a challenging economy, families wonder how they will pay for medication, where their next meal will come from, and what will happen when their child gets sick. This season of giving is an opportunity to show up for our neighbors and reminds us how strong we are when we come together.
But we can’t do this work alone. Throughout this season of giving, a gift of any amount will go a long way in supporting those who need health care. If you can give by December 31, you can DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT, because every dollar up to $25,000 will be generously matched by a local foundation.

Join us this holiday season for a festive shopping night at Mazúr Boutique & Coffee to support People’s. The event is on Tuesday, December 9, from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. Your holiday shopping can make a difference. 💙
Mazúr Boutique & Coffee is a woman-owned local boutique offering jewelry, accessories, candles, décor, UT gifts, and other unique finds – including a charm bar. On December 9, part of every purchase will go to People’s Community Clinic. Your holiday gift will help provide quality, affordable healthcare for Central Texas families.
Enjoy refreshments while you shop. 🥂
Bring a friend, treat yourself, and help create a healthier future for our neighbors.

#3 Donate Your Vehicle through CARS
You can easily support People’s Community Clinic this holiday season by donating your used car, truck, RV, or boat through CARS.
#4 NEW: Planned Giving at People’s

Whether you’re just starting to consider a planned gift or have already included People’s Community Clinic in your plans, we’d love to hear from you. A planned gift is a meaningful way to support your community and ensure that generations of Central Texans will continue to have access to high-quality care, regardless of inability to pay.
Planned gifts come in many forms and offer many practical benefits, such as potential tax savings, lower estate taxes, or income during your lifetime. As a nonprofit rooted in dignity and respect, we are committed to honoring your intentions and stewarding your legacy with transparency and care.

#5 Workplace Giving

Want to double your impact? Ask if your employer offers matching charitable donations or an employee giving program. Many local companies generously match employee contributions or provide the option to give through payroll deductions—often doubling the impact of a single gift.
Every dollar makes a difference for our neighbors in need. For more information, please contact Nadine Durkee, Giving Programs Manager, Nadine.Durkee@austinpcc.org, 512.684.1715.
