June 29, 2010PEOPLE’S COMMUNITY CLINIC NAMES TONY MOORE AS DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
AUSTIN, Texas – June 29, 2010 – People's Community Clinic today announced that Tony Moore has been named director of operations. Moore will be tasked with overseeing system design to improve the patient experience and implementing full integration of electronic medical records into the Clinic practice.
“Tony’s background in clinical operations and management makes him the perfect team player for People’s,” said Regina Rogoff, Executive Director of People’s Community Clinic. “We’re excited that he’s joined the staff and look forward to the improvements he will make to help People’s Community Clinic better serve our patients.”
Prior to joining People’s Community Clinic, Moore served as project director of CommUnity Care, where he was responsible for developing and evaluating a systems approach to the delivery of healthcare in the community. Additionally, Moore served as a strategic advisor and business consultant to city officials, providing administrative direction, coordination and expertise for the clinics operated by the city.
Previously, Mr. Moore served a healthcare administrator at Brooke Army Medical Center and Fort Sam Houston. There he helped to formulate and facilitate the Personnel Orientation Program to more than 3,300 employees.
