Frequently Asked Questions about ongoing donations at PCC:

How do I make an ongoing donation?

When you give to PCC, you can always choose to make a ongoing donation or a one time gift. You can set up your gift using our online form or by calling the development office at 708-3109 if you are uncomfortable with online donations.

What options do I have for my ongoing donation?

When you choose to make a ongoing gift, you can choose from these options:

  1. The amount you wish to give each month ($10 minimum).
  2. How often you would like to make your donation (monthly or quarterly).
  3. Duration of your gift (a specific number or unending).

You will be charged the ongoing amount immediately and thereafter you will be automatically be charged the same amount on the schedule you chose.  For example, if you choose to make $25 monthly contributions, you will be charged $25 at set-up time, and then you will be charged $25 each month thereafter.

When does my ongoing donation or membership end?

You will be charged as many times as you select in the checkout process.  If you select "unending" your donation will continue until you ask us to end it. If you would like to change this option, please call us at 512-708-3109 and we can set that up.

Memberships to the Council of 100 and President's Council are ongoing.  These memberships will automatically renew unless you call to cancel your gift (512-708-3109). We will send an email to the email address on record confirming the automatic renewal one month prior to the end of your current annual cycle.

What if I wish to make changes to my donation?

To make any changes to your ongoing donation, just contact the Development Office by phone (708-3109) or email Miriam Mueller.  We are happy to change the card number, change the amount, change the frequency of your donation, or change the duration. We are also happy to cancel your donation at any time. Cancellations take effect immediately.
