Call Center Representative (CCR). Patient-centered, non profit medical clinic looking for a bilingual individual to enhance our patient's experience. She/he will have MA experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic or group practice as well as an understanding of provider scheduling. Candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and have the ability to manage time and priorities while providing the highest quality customer service to patients. Requirements: Customer Service (phone skills), medical back office and appointment scheduling experience. Bilingual English/Spanish. Education/Experience: Associates degree, MA Certification and high school diploma or GED and a minimum 3 yrs experience in a medical group practice or clinic. 3 positions open, M-F full time. Health Information Management (HIM) Specialist part-time second shift 3:30 – 8:30 PM Monday through Thursday.  Looking for an individual to bring lots of energy, cheerful disposition and organizational skills to our HIM Department (Medical Records). She/he will have experience in HIM in a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic, hospital or group practice, and able to bend, lift and carry charts. Have the ability to manage time and priorities in our fast-paced environment. Word, Excel and practice management software application experience helpful. Experience: a minimum 2 yrs experience in a clinic or group practice.

Medical Assistants. Minimum one year clinical experience in an ambulatory, primary care setting. Excellent patient care skills required. Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with previous immunization and phlebotomy experience helpful. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. Competitive salary and benefits. Full time and part time day and evening positions available. Full time day shift is 10 hours, 4 days per week.

Medical Assistant/Lab Technician needed to rotate among three locations for non-profit clinic.   Medical Assistant Training certificate.  Required skills: phlebotomy, data entry, chart documentation, flexibility, time management, ability to prioritize.  Assist medical staff in direct patient care.  Work with adolescent/young adult population, communicate effectively with patients and co-workers. Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Technologist. Friendly, organized, motivated staff member for busy, fast paced, ambulatory care clinic. Bilingual English/Spanish required. 1 to 9 p.m. Competitive salary. ASCP, ASMT, HEW or eligible.

Patient Service Representative (PSR). Patient-centered, non profit medical clinic looking for a bilingual Spanish/English individual to enhance our patient’s experience at the front desk. She/he will have front office experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic or group practice. Candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and have the ability to manage time and priorities while providing the highest quality customer service to patients. Working knowledge of Excel, Word and practice management software applications is desirable. Education/Experience: Associates degree, high school diploma or GED and a minimum 3 yrs experience in a medical group practice or clinic.

Patient Service Representative/Call Center Representative Combination for afternoon and evening Clinics. Full time beginning 11 a.m. – 8:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Fridays. Same job description as both job roles (PSR and CCR) described above in other job descriptions. Ideal shift for someone attending school in the mornings.

Registered Dietitian or Nutrition Educator, part-time (20 hours). Bilingual English/Spanish required. Focus on close interaction with patients, both individual appointments and classes. Works closely with Health Psychologist in presenting classes for patients with chronic disease - high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, gestational diabetes and obesity. Will work primarily with patients with Diabetes.

Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner needed for pediatric practice to treat patients generally less than 10 years of age including many infants, for well child and acute visits. Patients are uninsured/Medicaid/CHIP. At least two (2) years experience preferred and ability to communicate in Spanish required. Needs to be comfortable working independently with off-site backup. Full time Monday -Friday including one evening per week.
