Application Support Specialist to provide direct end-user support of our Electronic Health Record system (NextGen); end user training; trouble shooting, coordination with Tier 2 support vendor; process analysis and improvement; system settings and configuration. Position is responsible for timely, satisfactory resolution of issues and optimal fit between people, processes and system. Candidate must have excellent communication skills; superior customer service skills; experience with enterprise application support; ability to thrive in fast-paced deadline-driven environment. Unit Clerk to support the nursing and medical staff by performing administrative tasks proficiently and professionally. Handle non-triage patient phone calls, process and track diagnostic referrals, book appointments as requested and provide clerical support (faxing, mailing, records requests). High school diploma and at least one year’s experience working in an outpatient medical facility. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse population. Must demonstrate initiative, good judgment and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Full time position with the following hours: Monday – Thursday, 12:30 p.m. to close; 1-5 p.m. on Friday and 8 a.m. – noon on Saturdays. Send letter of interest and resume to hr@austinpcc.org. EOE.
