We are pleased to present additional information about the Clinic in electronic form. Our annual review includes an audited financial statement for the previous year, patient demographics, and our annual utilization report in addition to major events of interest. The annual review is typically made available in the second half of each year in order to include audit information
Financial Controls
PCC's Management and Board of Directors hold themselves to the highest standards and are proud of the Clinic's business practices and internal controls. These include:
- An annual independent audit performed by a reputable accounting firm and presented to both the Audit/Finance Committee and to the Board of Directors by the auditor.
- Business practices that include:
- Segregation of duties among executive positions.
- Compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and
- Compliance with Office of Management and Budget's Circular No. A133A.
- Active governance by an engaged Board of Directors, including a separate Audit/Finance Committee.
- Programmatic and financial monitoring by funders who perform periodic audits of funds allocation and use.
- Annual independent audit and IRS 990 posted on our website.
- Routine criminal background tests on all new employees and random drug testing.
